Cliffhangers, Inc., appreciates concrete as the most versatile, durable, and aesthetic building product available. After over forty years in the industry, we’re still excited about what we can do with it. And because it can do so much, there are always new challenges and new discoveries out there. We’ve been fortunate enough to build large simulated rockscapes in places like the Mall of America in Minneapolis, the Grand Wailea Hotel on Maui, the Franklin Park Zoo in Boston, and the Dan Hotel in Eilat, Israel. We’ve done miles of simulated stone masonry in Yellowstone and Mount Rainier National Parks, and over a million square feet of stamped concrete paving all over the country, but for us the real challenges and interesting projects have been right here in the Sun Valley area. For nineteen years we’ve been applying our experience to the unknown territory of our clients’ imaginations No two jobs have ever been alike—concrete countertops, sinks, tubs, showers, floors, walls, doors, ponds, waterfalls sculpture, all differentiated by shape, texture and color. What a wealth of knowledge there’s been in that! Green is the word frequently used around construction these days. Sustainability is the green word for concrete. There is a lot that can be done to concrete to improve strength and durability, and that’s why we think it will become the popular choice for future construction. Add to this a seemingly endless array of aesthetic choices that we can offer to help make the Green Revolution palatable, and I hope you’ll begin to appreciate this magic stuff the way that we do.
