Our role in the building process is on one hand to be your visionaries, and on the other hand we are your eyes and ears keeping you abreast of the project’s progress. We strive to understand what style of design makes you feel most comfortable during your day-to-day life, and how you generally live your life (i.e. do you entertain frequently, spend a lot of time outdoors, are a movie buff, etc.). This is accomplished by meeting with you to discussing your preferences for design and program needs. We recommend completing a questionnaire to help organize this process. We will also discuss how comfortable & familiar you are with the building process, and the extent of services you would like us to provide.
