PrecisionCraft Log & Timber Homes strives to provide you with an extraordinary design that is both beautiful to look at as well as being functional in nature, no matter where you decide to build it. Your vision will be sketched out during an initial meeting with the team. The sketch is then used to create the floor plan, a rendering, and a 3D virtual walkthrough, ensuring that no design elements are missed. The components then go into the fabrication process while ground is being broken on your dream home. The team will continue to manage the build process through completion, which typically takes 12-15 months.

Over the years, PrecisionCraft Log & Timber Homes has evolved as a company, moving from cabins to higher-end custom homes with timber frames. With this evolution came a focus on custom architecture as a whole. The company revamped all their standard designs and went from using them where people could pull them off the shelf to clients using them as an inspiring departure point. Through the process, dozens of new conceptual designs were put in place.
“Over ten years ago, we decided we wanted more control over the process, so we dabbled in the design-build. We took it slowly so we could really learn the process and the challenges,” says Franklin. “We are putting together the whole envelope of the home, from insulated concrete forms (ICFs) in the foundation, all the way up to the shell of the home, which incorporates structural insulated panels (SIPs). We are not just experts in the design of the home but also in the fabrication. It is a very unique differentiator.”
