Since 1994, Arcadia has prioritized sustainable manufacturing when the company installed a waste treatment system that treats and recycles industrial aqueous waste streams generated from anodizing aluminum extrusions. Arcadia Custom took this step to eliminate the disposal of solid waste in local landfills, reduce or prevent hazardous waste generation, recycle up to 50% of the water consumed when anodizing aluminum, increase the capacity of the anodizing line, and reduce sewer charges.
