The Iron Horse Home
Their approach to the Iron Horse project began with integrating these principles. “In crafting the Iron Horse home, we embraced three core design principles that embody the essence of ZH Interiors’ signature style,” they explain. “First and foremost, simplicity is key, permeating every aspect of the space with an effortless elegance that speaks volumes without overwhelming the senses. Secondly, a harmonious color palette was meticulously curated, weaving together tones that resonate with tranquility and sophistication, creating a cohesive visual narrative. Lastly, clean yet rustic elements sourced from nature were thoughtfully incorporated, infusing the space with a timeless allure that celebrates the beauty of the outdoors while maintaining a sense of refined comfort. Adding the requisite that gives clients assurance and a palpable sense of excitement, they leverage CAD software and virtual reality to transport clients into immersive 3D renderings of their envisioned spaces. This allows their clients to experience their designs before implementation, “ensuring that their dreams are not just realized but exceeded.”

Interior design often involves problem-solving, for example, in the challenge of maximizing storage while preserving shower space. They tackled this by marrying form and function, crafting a countertop that seamlessly intersects with the shower curb. This innovative solution not only optimizes storage but also enhances the space aesthetically. “This approach created a visually striking focal point, infusing the space with a sense of clean, functional elegance” says Zetooney.
