He holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler School of Business, an MS in Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and a BA in Hospitality Management from Washington State University. He was voted by his peers to be the incoming president of the Sun Valley Board of Realtors. Reid was born and raised in Mercer Island, Washington, a well-known and prominent suburb of Seattle. After completing his undergraduate degree, Reid joined the United States Air Force and became a pilot in the F-15 Fighter Jet. He is a decorated military officer, and has traveled and served all over the United States and around the world. He has lived in Washington, Idaho, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Georgia, Florida, and the United Kingdom. During his service, Reid purchased, leased, and sold real estate. Reid is now a full time resident in Sun Valley, Idaho where he enjoys skiing, biking, hiking, and playing in the outdoors with his family. Through Engel & Völkers, Reid is uniquely positioned to offer a premium level of service in the exchange of residential and commercial real estate. Reid volunteers with Higher Ground Sun Valley and is a supporter of local non-profit organizations.
