Pella’s new Architect Series Contemporary presents beautiful and quality windows and patio doors for mountain modern living.
For spring 2017, Pella has launched an extension of their very popular and appealing Architect Series window line to include two new exciting and attractive products for the homeowner as well as for restoration and commercial buildings. Pella’s Architect Series Contemporary windows and patio doors honor the sophistication of simplicity of beautiful and centerpiece windows especially for a mountain home, where a view is often the cornerstone of the home. With sleek sightlines and expansive glass, these products provide beautifully unobstructed views. This series was designed exclusively for Pella with the modern convenience of its unobtrusive foldaway cranks. Pella designed all the hardware for the Architect Series Contemporary, which features stunning, modern handles in a contemporary style. Consulting with architects and designers, Pella matched the finishes and hardware so the appearance of this window and its appeal is practically seamless in design especially in a contemporary modern home. Kelly says, “The new Architect Series Contemporary product with the very minimal site lines and large sizes, fit in nicely with the modern designs and with the addition of the new black interior finish and hardware, really completes the product line.”
“The two additions to the already large Pella product line are fantastic for the type of customers we have in Bozeman and Big Sky markets. Our customers are so up to date with all the new market trends as well as the rustic mountain style homes that both of these products fit in great.”

Pella’s Architect Series Reserve offers intricate and historical details for restoration projects in the mountain west.
Pella’s new Architect Series Reserve was created for those who settle for nothing less than extraordinary. This exquisite line features Pella’s most customizable products. Enriched with intricate, historical detailing, each window is precisely crafted to your view. From Putty Glaze profiles to through-stile construction, Pella has harnessed the traditional window-making aesthetic—employing the innovation of today’s modern conveniences. Kelly adds, “Our traditional products are simply as beautiful a window as you will find anywhere. The fit and finish are so well done the product stands out from the competition. The fact that it’s historically correct makes it even better for the government projects and very custom designs we see. The two additions to the already large Pella product line are fantastic for the type of customers we have in Bozeman and Big Sky markets,” says Kelly. “Our customers are so up to date with all the new market trends as well as the rustic mountain style homes that both of these products fit in great. We’re very excited to have both of these products available to us.”
Kelly and Logan are avid supporters of architects, builders, contractors and homeowners in their Bozeman market offering an extensive product availability for all window and door needs with a variety of price points, materials, and features. It’s Pella’s business to offer full service replacement for homeowners and work with its contractors and builders to find the right product for their valued customers, which also includes on-site visits and consultations. Kelly reveals, “We’re very fortunate to have great contractors and homeowners to work with, they’re the reason we’ve been here so long. Some of the homeowners we’ve helped are on there third or fourth home with us. Often major remodel projects can take over a year to complete, and we’ve been right there with our costumers to the end. Our staff has been involved with Pella products for many years and is very capable of finding the product or parts that our customers needs. Each of us has had at least 11 years of working with Pella products.”
Pella products reflect new trends and styles, which can all be custom-created to reflect any homeowner’s vision.
Of course, there’s competition, but Kelly says Pella holds its own. “Our showroom is set up so we can give our customers personal, hands-on attention with the ability to operate a large variety of the products available. Homeowners like to feel and operate the windows and doors because it helps them understand the different options available and how they will fit in their homes. In addition, contractors like to send their customers to the showroom because they know they will be taken care of with the services we supply.”
Pella supports architects with product offerings, CAD drawing support, and product specifications. In addition, there are Pella education courses that architects can enroll in to maintain their certifications. Pella also supports homeowners, builders, and contractors with an in-house service team along with field technicians to assist in repairs and maintenance of Pella products. In fact, Pella offers a new “limited-lifetime” warranty on all their products. “I think the wide variety of products that Pella offers all within a single manufacturer makes us unique in the window industry,” explains Logan. “Most of our competition would have to go to three or four different companies to offer the products we have. We’ve watched our competition add and drop suppliers, and it always makes us wonder what it does to the consumer when warranty issues arise.”
Pella’s Architect Series Contemporary and Architect Series Reserve window products are very popular throughout Montana especially in Bozeman and Big Sky markets, and the demand continues to grow with changing designs and appeal in mountain modern styles and mountain home upgrades. According to Kelly and Logan, customers appreciate the look of having less wood, but having the finished wood on the inside. Nothing is pulled off a shelf for a Pella customer and Kelly and Logan work very close with homeowners and builders whether it’s on site or in the showroom for consultation always offering specific resources and ideas. “Whether it’s a small replacement project or a large new construction project,” reveals Logan. “We have the right tools and personnel to help bring the customers vision to life.”
