By early evening, the outdoor table at The Clubhouse had outgrown its original seating configuration. It’s common for people to arrive after golf, tennis, or watching the kids at the pool and simply pulling up more chairs to be together. It’s this inclusive energy that is a hallmark of Red Ledges.

“We hear it all the time,” says John Johnson, general manager at Red Ledges. “People come with a very clear idea of how they’ll use Red Ledges. Then they spend a few days here, and that idea starts to change.” The reason for the change, and subsequent transformation, is the byproduct of amenities, extensive programming, and access to an established community.
Since its inception in 2007, Red Ledges has been widely recognized as a golf community. That reputation was built around a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course designed for serious players seeking a championship-level experience, along with the nation’s first 12-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Park, which opens the game to children, beginners, grandparents, and mixed-skilled groups who simply want the pleasure of playing together. “Someone shows up to a clinic, a class, or an event, and then they see those same people again,” Johnson says. “That’s what makes it so easy to connect.”

In recent years, the expansion of Deer Valley East Village has meaningfully reshaped Red Ledges’ positioning—bringing one of the world’s premier ski resorts within ten minutes of the community and elevating both accessibility and long-term real estate appeal.
During winter, Red Ledges Ski Club and seamless Deer Valley access serve early-up powder hounds and ski-school families alike.
