What services do you offer?
We build custom residential homes throughout Teton County, including remodels. Our services include comprehensive estimating and scheduling and we secure competitive bids on materials and all subcontracted work. We offer ongoing budget analysis through our detailed pay applications and are dedicated to the transparency of project costs. We provide each client with a dedicated project manager to see the project through from the early days of preconstruction to the final item on the punch list and beyond, ensuring start to finish code compliance, effective communication, and attention to detail. Weekly personal project reports in our online portal keep clients apprised on progress, photos, and updates.
What project(s) are you most excited about right now?
Right now, I am very excited about a remodel that is nearing completion. The house is a log home that was built in the ‘90s and in definite need of an update. The owners worked with an interior designer to update and specify new finishes throughout. Despite almost a complete overhaul on the interior, they decided to keep the original river rock fireplace, and updated all of the log work. I really love how it is turning out. It’s an homage to the Jackson Hole style of the past with beautiful new fixtures and fittings.

“When we build a home, we want to be sure that all the components can withstand the test of time. With over 30 years of building homes in the area, we understand the importance of “good bones.”
Describe your process—how do you work with clients, designers, and architects?
We like to be involved as early as possible in the building process. We have a lot to offer with our systems and experience. We help clients and architects through preconstruction—this allows us to gain a deep and thorough understanding of the project and the clients’ priorities, as well as engaging top-level subcontractors. When we are involved in the early stages, it can help avoid reworking issues later down the line.
What makes the difference between good construction & great construction?
The difference in good construction versus great construction is longevity/durability. When we build a home, we want to be sure that all the components can withstand the test of time. With over 30 years of building homes in the area, we understand the importance of “good bones.”

What do you enjoy most about your work?
I love the dynamic nature of construction. No two projects are ever the same; no two days are ever the same. I love a good mix of office days and days in the field to keep things exciting. I’m extremely appreciative of the great team I have, as well as all the amazing subcontractors we get to work with in the valley. I truly believe this sets the stage for forming great relationships with clients and building beautiful homes.
What music do you listen to when you work?
My playlists are always heavy on ‘60s and ‘70s rock and roll—Rolling Stones, Fleetwood Mac, Led Zeppelin—with a good dose of whatever my seven-year-old son likes mixed in.

Do you have a favorite sport or recreational activity?
I love hiking, backpacking, and backcountry skiing. The highlights of each season here in Jackson involve one of those activities. Jackson has always been my home, and I feel most connected to this place when I can get out and appreciate the timeless natural beauty of this valley.
What’s on top of your list as a great getaway?
A sailing trip. My husband and I love boats and we continue to nurture a dream that involves warm weather and sailing on a catamaran.
