The pristineness of this area serves as their canvas, where they bring dreams to life through meticulous craftsmanship and unwavering dedication.
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We call ourselves a full turnkey General Contracting Service. From concept to completion, our team navigates the complexities of custom residential construction with a blend of passion and professionalism, ensuring that each residence exceeds the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. We specialize in custom carpentry and custom framing, but we continue to invest in our business as it grows. We recently bought a crane and are certified to safely operate that crane, which has helped us increase our efficiency.
WHAT GEOGRAPHIC AREA(S) DO YOU SERVE?
We work throughout the Jackson Hole area that includes Jackson, Wilson, Moose, Hoback Junction, and Teton Village.

WHEN DID YOU KNOW THAT YOU WANTED TO GO INTO CONSTRUCTION & WHAT MOTIVATED YOU?
Dylan: My decision to start a career in construction was a long winding one. I was exposed to it during my childhood (Wayne is his dad). Once I reached the age where you’re supposed to decide what you want to do in your life, I thought college and an office were my path. After three years and almost completing a degree in business management, I decided I loved the fresh air and the day-to-day challenges in construction excited me the most. So, I came full circle. Construction must be where I’m meant to be.

“The difference between good construction and great construction for us is the pride we take in our work to make sure we’ve done it right.”
–Wayne & Dylan Gaudern
WHAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GOOD CONSTRUCTION AND GREAT CONSTRUCTION?
The difference between good construction and great construction for us is the pride we take in our work to make sure we’ve done it right. Our attention to detail sets us apart. We prioritize integrity, quality, and are committed to excellence while maintaining long-term relationships with clients and business partners. We are dedicated to delivering homes that meet high standards of craftsmanship and durability. This commitment is an investment to our clients and our community.
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR WORK?
The most enjoyable part of what we do is having happy clients. Nothing is better than taking someone’s aspirations and turning them into reality.

IF YOU WEREN’T IN CONSTRUCTION, WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING?
Wayne: As a teenager I wanted to fly airplanes, and I have my private pilot’s license today.
WHAT’S ON THE TOP OF YOUR LIST AS A GREAT GETAWAY?
Wayne: I would like to take a couple weeks and island hop in Greece on a catamaran.
Dylan: I really have enjoyed getting to travel as much as I have in my life and hope to continue that trend. I would like to go to Europe and Asia as I find it very inspiring to see the structures there. I catch myself in awe of the designed elements of other places while I’m traveling abroad. It’s always good to get out of your “box.”

DO YOU HAVE A FAVORITE SPORT OR RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY, AND WHAT DO YOU ENJOY ABOUT IT?
Dylan: In my free time I enjoy riding my dirt bike and driving UTVs. I’ve got three kids so it’s a great way to get to explore with them while also getting to enjoy the fresh air and mountains of Wyoming.
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT LIVING AND WORKING HERE?

The best part of living in Jackson is the natural views! Nothing is better than the Tetons.
