Pick the perfect homesite
Since land dictates the design and structure of the home, finding the right homesite to complement your vision is the most important part of the homebuilding process. The Red Ledges Sales team works in conjunction with the Homebuilding team to ensure that you find the perfect homesite for your home.
Kelly and Patrick Acevedo, another family who chose to make Red Ledges their home, chose to build with Red Ledges Homebuilding after walking homesites with their sales agent and Rex McGuire, Vice President of Operations for Red Ledges Homebuilding. “Rex walked the lots we were considering purchasing and helped us envision the potential homes we could build,” says Kelly. “It was easy to see his passion for building in this area and we knew he was the one who could best help us build our dream home.”
Design your dream home
After your homesite has been purchased, the Red Ledges Homebuilding team will collaborate with you to bring the vision of your home into reality. Red Ledges Homebuilding partners with some of the best architects and interior designers in the area, plus the on-site design studio makes the process of selecting finishes streamlined and easy.
Once the Henrys found their ideal homesite, they worked with the Red Ledges Homebuilding team to start designing their home. “We met with the interior design team at Red Ledges in the studio, which was very easy, no running from store to store” says Delonnie. “They showed us what certain choices were within our budget. They had a variety of flooring, carpet, fixtures, etc., and I told them what kind of appliances I wanted.”

Once the design and selection process is complete, construction begins.
