AT VICTORY RANCH
On the edge of Utah’s Wasatch Mountains just minutes from Park City and Deer Valley, lies Victory Ranch, the private, four-season Community set admit 6,700 pristine acres of rolling hills and a four-mile stretch of the Upper Provo River. At Victory Ranch, homeowners enjoy an array of adventure and lifestyle amenities, including exclusive access to a celebrated Rees Jones-designed golf course, five-stand shooting, yurt camping, and a host of kid-centric activities. As the mountains start to thaw and 875 Main, the community’s private ski-in/ski-out clubhouse at the base of Town Lift in Park City, becomes a place of summer events and activities, Victory Ranch welcomes its newest community gathering place, The Post.
Since The Post’s celebrated opening this past winter, the space has become a place to pursue a new adventure, unwind by the pool, work up a sweat, shop for the finest outdoor gear, grab lunch on-the-go, and share stories with friends by the fire.
A warm greeting awaits members at The Post, the new headquarters for the Victory Ranch Member Services team. Whether arranging transportation, in-residence spa services, babysitting, tee times, private chef service, restaurant reservations, or activity coordination on the ranch and off, Victory Ranch’s year-round concierge service ensures each visit is hassle-free and unforgettable.
“THE POST ECHOES THE CONTEMPORARY STYLING AND DESIGN AESTHETIC WE INTRODUCED AT 875 MAIN…”
“The Post reflects what we set out to do at Victory Ranch, which was to enhance the lifestyle offerings and create a four-season destination with thoughtfully-designed amenities that speak to our setting,” explains Matt Menna, Principal at Sterling Bay, the Chicago-based real estate and investment firm that purchased Victory Ranch in 2012.
A CLUBHOUSE FOR ALL SEASONS
The Post is now home to a spacious pool area designed for year-round enjoyment, complete with a 50-foot pool, two heated spas, and a fire pit area. A comfortable lounge serves as the ideal space for kids to take a break from the pool, with a TV and gaming area. A casual dining space offers grab-and-go sandwiches, cold beverages, ice cream, and coffee stations, while BBQ fare is prepared poolside on the outdoor grill.
At the heart of The Post is the family room, a beautifully-appointed space perfect for reconnecting with family and friends, playing a game of cards, or reading a book by the fire. The focal point of this relaxed setting is its wood burning fireplace, flanked on both sides by cozy bench seating under large windows that frame views of the surrounding mountains.
The Post features the perfect coupling of contemporary design and classic mountain charm, evoking a true sense of place at Victory Ranch. Expansive picture windows capture never-ending views of the dynamic landscape and mountains beyond, while floor-to-ceiling glass hangar doors ascend to create a seamless indoor/outdoor experience.
“The Post echoes the contemporary styling and design aesthetic we introduced at 875 Main, and will continue to incorporate into all future expansions at Victory Ranch,” explains Menna.
The new amenity also features a spacious fitness center, well-appointed locker rooms with spa-quality amenities and oversized lockers, and a conference room on the upper level, where members can host corporate meetings with the help of the concierge team.
“Having one centralized location for services and activities will provide an unprecedented level of convenience for our members,” says Jim Goodman, Victory Ranch’s new General Manager and Chief Operating Officer. “By the Fourth of July, we’ll be ready to open the pool area and grab-and-go deli, with the rest of the clubhouse to be completed in September.”
STILL TO COME
The next core amenity in the works at Victory Ranch is The Barn, which is set to include an indoor gymnasium/activity area, tennis and paddle tennis courts, a swimming pond, pizzeria, and a state-of-the-art fitness center and spa facility.
MOMENTUM BUILDS
With more than 4,000 acres of backcountry teeming with wildlife, Victory Ranch offers world-class fly fishing, miles of professionally-designed mountain and hiking trails, and educational conservation programs. Originally conceived as one of the lowest density communities in all of Park City, the developer, Sterling Bay, has elected to reduce density further from 700 homes to approximately 350, providing unmatched exclusivity for a legacy home. The majority of homes at Victory Ranch are being constructed on remarkable one- to four-acre lots within walking distance of core amenities.
The true beauty of the community at Victory Ranch can be found in the quality of the people who call it home. They value the lifestyle and experiences that living in such a special place affords them. Owners share a passion for Victory Ranch’s surroundings and the moments the lifestyle provides them.
